Warranty Statement (Australia & New Zealand)

All Ezilift© Gas Struts are covered by a three (3) year warranty from the date of retail purchase provided they are fitted for the correct application as per the Ezilift Gas Strut catalogue.

Warranty Claim Procedure

For Ezilift Gas Strut distributors:

1. Call Helpline: 1800 645 609 and request an Ezilift warranty form.
2. Brandlines Pty Ltd will provide an Ezilift warranty form and an authorisation number.
3. Include a copy of purchase invoice along with the completed Ezilift warranty form.

For Ezilift Gas Strut installers: please contact your supplier of the Ezilift unit who will process the above steps on your behalf.
